Twelve Bottles to Open TONIGHT!

This Saturday, February 24th is “Open That Bottle Night”. Celebrated on the last Saturday of February every year, Open That Bottle Night is about creating memories and sharing special moments over a bottle you’ve been saving for a special occasion. Consider this your official memo: that special occasion is TODAY!

When you think of opening a bottle, your mind probably goes to a bottle of wine. While we do have many local EPIC Winery options we also have beer and whisky bottles that need to be opened and shared and a few non-alcoholic options to ensure everyone is able to partake in Open That Bottle Night.

Treat your taste buds to award-winning bold reds and crisp whites in YQG, home of the Lake Erie North Shore wine region. Whether you’ve had a bottle tucked away in your wine cellar or you picked up a favourite, tonight is the night to Open That EPIC Wineries Bottle! If you need some inspiration, might we suggest:

2020 ENCHANTÉ, Rosé Sparkling from Oxley Estate Winery – start the night off with bubbles. This wine will make you dance!

2021 BARREL FERMENTED CHARDONNAY from Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards – a perfect pairing for chicken or perhaps a seafood pasta. Good wine should also be shared along with a good meal!
