THE GOOSE, Kitchen & Bar is the latest offering to come to Kingsville from JACKS HOSPITALITY GROUP.  The Goose is the culmination of our first two decades operating as The Vintage Goose & the following 16 as JACKS Gastropub.  We believe we have brought the best of all these years to the new Goose experience. We are committed to bringing  fine dining, in a casual atmosphere for both Lunch & Dinner.  Each month our menus are reimagined to best reflect the offerings of our local farmers & the inspiration of the season.  We also offer Social Dining with cocktails & shared appetizers to accommodate that sweet spot between Lunch & Dinner. as well as offering online TAKEOUT.    Guests dining with Us are invited to enjoy our Menus a la carte or as a Three Course Prix Fixe Evening with Wine or Beer Course Pairings.  Our talented Kitchen Team additionally creates & hosts unique culinary events that highlight cuisine from around the world, new trends, local gastronomical treasures & the wine, beer & spirits of our region. We continue to LOVE everything about JACKS & we knew that we did not want JACKS to disappear so we partnered with our Brewery, Banded Goose Brewing Company & now they are the proud HOME of JACKS BURGERS, Tacos, Wings, Perch & other longtime favourites.
