The Goose Kitchen + Bar

The Goose Kitchen + Bar is a family-owned-and-operated, farm to table restaurant located at 31 Division St S, Kingsville, Ontario.  As part of the Jacks Hospitality Group — a 40+ year Kingsville institution formerly known as The Vintage Goose and Jacks Gastropub — The Goose offers seasonal dining and menus inspired by local Essex County farmers, fisheries, and artisans. Their menus are expertly paired with EPIC winery selections and local craft beers and spirits.  Each season, the menus are reimagined to best reflect the offerings of local farmers and the inspiration of that season.  Happy Hours with cocktails and shared appetizers to accommodate that sweet spot between lunch and dinner are also offered, as well as takeout options.    The talented Kitchen Team additionally creates and hosts unique culinary events that highlight cuisine from around the world, new trends, local gastronomical treasures and the wine, beer & spirits of our region.
