Adventure Bay Family Water Park

Take a ride down one of their 5 thrilling watersides which include Python, Whizzard and MasterBlaster. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the Wave Pool or grab a tube and float down the Lazy River. Young guests will have a tough choice deciding what to do first in the Splash Zone and Tot Loch area, but watch out for the giant water tipping bucket! Adventure Bay will be open daily, March 14th to 22nd from 10am to 6pm.

Anna’s Garden Home and Wellness

Visit Anna’s and try one of their March Break workshops including a Spring Bunny Planter or a Magical Wand Workshop! Register early – spaces will fill up!

Colasanti’s Tropical Garden

Head to Colasantiโ€™s Tropical Gardens to celebrate March Break with something for everyone! Take advantage of their Activity Deal: One round of Mini Golf and One Animal Area admission for $11. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Zookeepers will be running 10 minute Meet & Greets with some of their buddies. See an animal friend up close and personal. Bring your camera, this is a great photo opportunity. Don’t forget the donuts too!

School may be on a break, but there is still plenty of learning and exploring to do in our own backyard! Fort Malden National Historic Site

March into March Break! The sergeant at Fort Malden is looking for new recruits! Take the Queenโ€™s Shilling and put on the redcoat of a British soldier. Experience cooking over an open fire, scavenger hunts, 19th century crafts, and of course witness a musket firing demonstration. Spaces are limited. Pre-registration is required.

Maple Syrup Festival – Lumberjack Weekend

March 14th & 15th is Lumberjack Weekend at the Maple Syrup Festival at John R Park Homestead! 11am to 4pm both days. Get your flannel ready for Lumberjack weekend, with a Moustache contest, Lumber Costume Contest, Axe throwing demonstrations and more! Donโ€™t miss the popular local makersโ€™ market with hand crafted artisan pieces to take home. Enjoy blacksmithing and woodcarving demonstrations, pioneer and modern maple making, and so much more at the Maple Festโ€™s first weekend.

Maple Syrup Festival – Tasters’ Weekend

March 21st & 22nd at John R Park Homestead is a Tastersโ€™ paradise for all things Maple! From 11am to 4pm each day, sample baked goods, maple butter, maple sugar, and more. Taste various syrups and learn how they make the grade. Butter tart contest, guided winter hikes, culinary market, and the Maple Market featuring innovative delights and trusted maple favourites.
