Ciao Cucina Nuova is dedicated to serving our guests food made with love and intention. Our concept and dining room are simple and clean. We appreciate the food we create and the idea behind keeping things simple. We use complimenting ingredients in each recipe to achieve flavours that are born for each other.
Like a perfect pairing, our wine and seasonal libations compliment each other. Using both French and Italian cooking techniques to prepare our menu items, we adapted old world recipes with new creative ideas.
