One of our many partners on the Barrels Bottles and Brews Trail, Chapter Two Brewing Company is a one-stop shop for all things craft beer!
The brewery is co-owned by Cheryl Watson, a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community!
Established in 2018, this brewery is known for its handcrafted classics, including the Ford City Cream Ale, Lloydβs Javelin Amber Ale, and Danger Bird IPA.
Complimenting their wonderful craft beer is Chapter Two’s kitchen, featuring delicious bites like wings, fries, burgers and more.

Exclusive Chef Bianca Maria began her cooking journey at 19 through her family businesses.
She wentΒ onΒ to NewΒ YorkΒ where she attended the Culinary Institute of America. Always being a dream of hers, she opened Ciao Pasta Bar,Β WindsorβsΒ first create-your-own pasta place.
10Β years later, Ciao Cucina Nuova in Lakeshore was born, offering the bestΒ ofΒ French and Italian cooking techniques to prepare their menu items!
Ciao Cucina Nuova uses complementary ingredients inΒ all ofΒ their recipes to deliver incredible food made with love!

The store was born from the vision of two women who believed in the charm and magic of the island!
The business began in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, as owners Cindy Osadzuk & Virginia Rymal recognized a need for those who would venture to PeleeΒ Island,Β despite everything being closed or limited.
They originally began selling their products from their cottage, outside their deck overlooking Lake Erie on North Shore Rd. During those times, they called it the DeckShop. Pure Pelee quickly became a favourite among islanders and tourists alike. It now lives on the North End of Pelee IslandΒ sharingΒ a space with the Shack Shop.
There,Β the store shares the Islands charm with locals and visitors through memorabilia, hoodies, t-shirtsΒ hatsΒ andΒ more!
CoΒ Owner,Β Cindy Osadzuk says their product is more than just a t-shirt.
It’sΒ a place, a conversation starter with a story to share when someoneΒ saysΒ “Hey,Β I’veΒ been to Pelee IslandΒ orΒ where is Pelee Island?”Β It’sΒ symbolic of your memories and a tangible link to your past, your journey or a moment in time.β
