Locally-Sourced Cocktails

Original blog by Tourism Windsor Essex

There’s something special about sipping a cocktail that captures the flavour of the place you’re in. Locally sourced cocktails take fresh, seasonal ingredients from nearby farms, orchards, and producers and turn them into drinks that feel both creative and connected to the community. From house-made syrups using regional berries to spirits crafted by local distilleries, these cocktails offer more than just great taste – they tell a story about the people and ingredients behind every pour.
