Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards Estate Winery is pleased to welcome you to The Vines. The restaurant has an elegant venue of tasteful small plates and unique luncheon fare. Our lunch menu will be available from 11 to 3 with smaller servings and charcouterie style plates for small to larger groups available all day.

Meet the new Executive Chef, Giuseppe Piruzza.

Chef Giuseppe is a Windsor/Essex County native, and has a culinary degree from Oakland College in Detroit. His passion for food and learning has given him experience as a chef  in Windsor, Detroit, Calgary as well South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Kazahkstan, Russia, Egypt, and Israel.

Upon his return to North America, Chef Giuseppe accepted a position in Detroit, Michigan, as an executive sous chef. His dishes reflect an everlasting pursuit of his inventive and inspired cooking. His ambition and creativity earned him several awards, including being named, “one of Metro Detroit’s Top 10 Chefs”
