The Cheese Bar

The Cheese Bar is a purveyor of gourmet and artisan cheese with a focus on Canadian made products. Offering a range of sheep, goat, water buffalo and dairy cow’s milk products from soft, semi-soft to firm cheese sourced from local and international producers. They also carry a few vegan products. At The Cheese Bar, they create charcuterie and cheese boards, baskets and gift sets for any occasion. Private and corporate tastings are also available. Their retail space is in St Clair Beach, open Tuesday to Saturday. Stop by Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., the DWFM (May-October), and CREW Colchester Ridge Estate Winery as they supply a small selection weekly to purchase.
