The house features 4 Nautical themed bedrooms
- The Mermaid Room – Romantic large room with a queen sized bed, perfect for a bride
- The Captain Room – Overlooking Lake Erie to keep an eye out for those Pirates arrrr, Queen sized bed facing the lake as well a private balcony to watch sunsets
- The Buchaneers Room – with views if of the marsh to watch those coming by land, featuring 2 queen beds
- The Crews Quarters – for the rambunctious crew featuring a bunk bed and 2 stackable beds
Newly renovated open concept living room and kitchen with walls of windows to bring in the outdoors, patio off the kitchen and 120 feet of lake views. Two full baths, one on the main floor and one in the upper level, all newly renovated.
Family friendly – no parties, no pets. Rentals are offered though out the year with a 2 day minimum stay.
