City Hall Square Ice Rink
A vibrant addition to the heart of downtown and a festive destination for residents and visitors this winter season. Located at 350 City Hall Square West in Windsor, the rink is open daily from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm beginning December 13th, 2025 until approximately March 1, 2025 (weather permitting).
Looking to rent skates? All Saints Church, located in downtown Windsor at 330 City Hall Square West, lends skates free of charge for use at any of the City’s arenas. Groups are welcome, by appointment, to borrow skates for their special events by calling (519) 253-8001.
