Blak’s Bakery

A family owned bakery since 1918.  Their main products are natural breads, cakes and pastries.  All bread is baked in the original 1918 Peterson brick hearth oven.  They have been using grandpa’s recipes since 1918 – no artificial flavours or preservatives.  ALSO KNOWN AS “THE PACZKI PRINCE OF CANADA”, AS SEEN ON CBC AND CTV.  Blak’s offers retail sales as well as delivery wholesale, supplying restaurants and banquet halls in the area.
