Dave and Rachel, a husband and wife micro-roastery team located in Essex, Ontario opened a Coffee Bar inside REC Health & Fitness Studio in Essex in January 2022.

We are passionate about good coffee, and our company’s focus is on quality beans that farmers and producers are paid a fair price for.
