Dave and Rachel, a husband and wife micro-roastery team located in Essex, Ontario opened a Coffee Bar inside REC Health & Fitness Studio in Essex in January 2022.
In May 2023 they bought a commercial building that would be the home of our new café and roastery!
They are passionate about good coffee, and their company’s focus is on quality beans that farmers and producers are paid a fair price for.
