4D Sausage Kitchen
4D Sausage Kitchen, located in the heart of Essex County, is an 1,800 square foot free standing meat processing plant, which also offers a retail shop, with a fresh meat counter and frozen section. They offer products such as bacon, pork chops, steaks and roasts, and prepared foods such as kielbasa, pepperoni, and sausage. Their primary product line consists of beef, chicken, and pork products. 4D Sausage Kitchen also processes wild game, deer, moose, and bear into steaks and roasts as well as creating kielbasa, sausage and pepperoni sticks from the wild game.
