Wine Bottles & Wonderful Views: A Wine Lovers Weekend

Reaching across the 42nd parallel, Windsor Essex is located at the same latitude as the Mediterranean and some of Europe’s popular wine regions, making wine from this region a commonly understood phenomenon to fans of fermented grapes everywhere.  Both Pelee Island and the Lake Erie North Shore receive more sun hours than any other area in Canada which allows for the exquisite production of grape varieties that are crafted into wines worth savouring on any special occasion.  Spend a few days tasting the fruits of the EPIC wine region with a hosted wine tour which will give you the insiders scoop and time with the winemakers.  With overnight stays at some of our finest hotels, wood-fired pizzas at our numerous local hot-spots and imbibe in some delicious craft cocktails to close out the day.
