Opening Weekend: From Paris to Madrid

The Windsor Symphony Orchestra opens its new season with From Paris to Madrid, presented Saturday, September 26 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, September 27 at 2:30 p.m. This dynamic program celebrates the elegance of French composition and the vibrant spirit of Spanish music, featuring WSO clarinetist Graham Lord as soloist in Aaron Copland’s celebrated Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra, alongside spirited works by Germaine Tailleferre and Manuel de Falla. Blending classical sophistication with rhythmic intensity and jazz-inspired influence, the concert offers an exciting and memorable start to the season.
