A Greek Cypriot culinary expert, Irene is a recipe contributor in LCBO Food & Drink, and is a regular on Breakfast Television.
A passionate farm-to-table advocate, Irene celebrates seasonal ingredients and supporting local farmers and producers. Irene will be here to share her love of Mediterranean cuisine, storytelling, and recipes that connect people through food.
