Ghoulishly good fun, our Haunted Barn is always a crowd-pleaser. Ticket sales for the Scaredy Cat Barn start at 10am at the Admission Silo. 

 The Scaredy Cat Barn opens on our first weekend and runs Saturdays and Sundays and PA Days (ECSB) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Lights are on. No live actors). Tickets are $6.  

 Suitable for families with children 6 years old and up.

Spooky Jane’s Walk returns in October with candlelit tours, historic cemeteries, true terrible tales, and eerie neighbourhood events in Kingsville, Windsor, and Amherstburg.

​Tickets for each walk are $25 and proceeds will ensure the 2027 spring Windsor-Essex Jane’s Walk festival remains free and accessible. It will help fund festival infrastructure, purchase new equipment, and enhance accessibility.

The Windsor-Essex Jane’s Walk Festival, held each spring, is a volunteer-driven event offering free, public walking tours, building tours, and seated presentations that showcase the region’s architectural, cultural, historical, and environmental diversity. In 2026, the festival hosted 60 free events over two weekends, making it one of the largest Jane’s Walk festivals in Canada.

Step into the shadows of history and discover the chills of ‘Olde Sandwich Towne’ on a guided ghost walk with legendary storyteller Robert Tymec.

Your evening begins at Sandwich Brewing Co., where you’ll enjoy a complimentary drink — whether that’s a pint of craft beer, a glass of wine, kombucha, or another favourite. As darkness falls over one of Ontario’s oldest neighbourhoods, the shadows of Olde Sandwich Towne begin to tell their stories.

Join legendary storyteller Robert Tymec for an atmospheric evening of theatrical ghost stories, forgotten history, strange encounters and tales of the unexplained.

All Hallows Eve Candlelit Tours October 23-24th
Tour the Park House Museum by candlelight and learn all about the history of your favourite fall traditions including the origins of Halloween, and how the Park Family celebrated it.

Step into the Town of Ender Haven and discover who killed the Minister, by touring through the various buildings and speaking with the residents.

$15 per person.

Sessions run about an hour and 45 minutes, food and beverages available for purchase.

This Halloween season, Ouellette gets a whole lot darker. Nightmare on Ouellette takes over Wild Child Nightlife in downtown Windsor on Saturday, October 24 for one big pre-Halloween party. Expect Wild Child’s signature mix of hip hop, EDM and Top 40 and a packed dance floor. Costumes are encouraged but not required. 19+ with valid photo ID. Doors 10 PM to 2 AM. Tickets from $16

Step inside the next gathering of Into the Void Market: Dark Harvest.
On October 24th, the doors of St. Cyril’s Slovak Centre creak open to a curated hall of makers, artists, and curators of the strange and unusual. Inspired by forgotten folklore and harvest season myths, this one-day market brings together eerie creations, handcrafted curiosities, and works that feel as though they’ve been carried through the mist of old stories.

Get ready for a Halloween party made for the 30+ crowd at Disco Inferno in Windsor. Still Got It: Halloween Edition is an afternoon dance party featuring the best throwback hits from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, with hip hop, R&B, pop, dance anthems and party classics.

Guests can enjoy two LED disco dancefloors, more than 40 disco balls, Halloween decor, a haunted photo booth, a themed drink menu, live performers and confetti moments throughout the afternoon. Costumes are encouraged, with a costume contest and prizes adding to the Halloween fun. A professional photographer will also be on site to capture the celebration.

The party runs from 4 to 9 p.m., making it the perfect chance to get dressed up, hit the dancefloor and enjoy a night out without staying out late.

Lanterns & Legends Candlelit Tours October 30-31st
Explore the Park House Museum by candlelight and learn all about the legends of one of Amherstburg’s most haunted buildings. Over the years, staff often reported strange and unusual occurrences happening at the museum, hearing footsteps while here alone, and even on occasion seeing something. Explore these stories and claims, will we make you a believer?

Looking for spooktacular things to do this Halloween? Big Time Entertainment is the ultimate destination for a frightfully fun, adventure-packed experience, with thrills and spine-tingling activities for everyone. 

 Halloween takes over Big Time on Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31, with spooky fun for all ages! Battle the undead in Zombie Laser Tag both days, and pick up a stamp at each of our six Trick-or-Treat Stations (Laser Tag, Bowling, Dark Ride, the Restaurant, Go Karts and Sales). Collect all six to redeem a full-size chocolate bar! Kids 14 and under can also enter our Costume Contest until 4 PM on October 31 for a chance to win a $40 Gift Card (Most Creative), a $30 Gift Card (Funniest) or a $25 Fun Pass (Scariest). Each November 1, following Halloween, Kingsville holds its annual Pumpkin Parade.

Show off your creativity by donating your jack-o-lanterns to the Pumpkin Parade. Then, walk the lighted pumpkin trail at Lakeside Park to see all the fantastic creations on display. Pumpkins are donated to local farms as livestock feed following the parade.

Please keep in mind we can not donate painted pumpkins or pumpkins with toothpicks in them as they are not safe for animals to eat.

Drop off pumpkins from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Lakeside Park parking lot off Queen Street.
Walk the trail from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, in the upper bowl.
