The Buzz About Pollinators
This 2-hour experience will find you strolling through the Walnut Grove’s 5-acre meadow with the owners, where you will discover many species of pollinators hard at work. Learn about native species, gardening tips, pollinators’ needs and more. Wander through their patch of Carolinian Forest then into the chalet in the woods where you will enjoy locally sourced charcuterie & taste walnut syrup while decorating your own bee bowl or bee house to take home. A serene, peace-filled interactive experience.

Urban Surf Co. Sunset Paddle
It’s actually hard to put into words on how amazing it is to be out on the lake and paddling through the beautiful canals of Pike Creek and Lake St. Clair. Enjoy an evening with your family, friends or a date for an unforgettable experience. Experience what put Urban Surf on the map. All we can say is experience it for yourself, you won’t leave disappointed. Their instructors are trained to maximize your Sunset Experience based on the weather conditions that night. During your Sunset Paddle they will choose Lake or Eco paddle depending on the weather and wind conditions. First time!? No worries, they have the highest quality beginner-friendly paddle boards and instructors to teach you the basics of Paddle Boarding. This is a welcoming, supporting environment.

Windsor Premier Cruises
Windsor Premier Cruises opens seasonally from May 1st until October 31st. Enjoy a 2 hour Sightseeing Cruise of the Detroit River, fully commentated highlighting historical landmarks and history of the area including prohibition era. Friday’s offer a 3 hour Sunset Dinner/Dance cruise with live entertainment. (passengers can still board without dinner). Saturday evenings are themed Special Events with a DJ. Themes include 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, Salsa, Toga and many more. Also offered are selected Friday Luncheon Cruises to the Gordie Howe Bridge. Local wine, craft beer and other summer favourite cocktails are available to purchase as well small plates ranging from Hot Dogs to Burrata Cheese Ball with Blistered Grapes. Cruises run Thursday to Sunday. Boarding the ship is done at the foot of Ouellette Avenue, behind the Canadian flag. (78 Riverside Drive West)
