Windsor Canada Day Parade

There is nothing like Windsor’s Canada Day Parade. This year the Parade will be located in the heart of downtown Windsor and begin from the corner of Ouellette and Giles , and wrap up at Ouellette and Pitt Streets The theme for this year’s parade is A Canadian Mosaic, so make sure you grab your seat early, or fill out an application form before the June 15 2026 deadline to ensure your place in this epic parade. Don’t miss our fan zones, firecracker Timbits, and entertainment along the parade route all helping us to celebrate Canada Day in Windsor 2026. Beginning at 11:00 a.m., the Canada Day Parade will travel north along Ouellette Avenue from Giles Boulevard to Pitt Street, bringing more than 60 floats, marching units, performers, and community organizations through the downtown core.

Presented by the Windsor Parade Corporation, this year’s Canada Day Parade will feature a diverse lineup of community groups, performers, and attractions, including the Philippine Heritage Band, The Fire Guy, giant inflatables, MCC’s Parade of Flags, and Grand Marshal Patty Handysides leading the procession. The parade remains one of Windsor’s most anticipated Canada Day traditions and will once again bring music, entertainment, and community spirit to the downtown core.

Parade route
