What is the Night Market Hop?
This is your chance to explore a new district this summer! The Night Market Hop showcases upcoming Night Markets across Windsor Essex – with each one having its own flair, community, and fun! From live entertainment to delicious foods, and one-of-a-kind artisan finds, there’s something here for everyone.
Every time you stop by the Tourism Windsor Essex booth – you have a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree! All you must do is scan the QR code when you arrive at the booth and tell them what you’re interested in for a chance to win and discover your perfect pass. It literally took less than 2 minutes – I promise!

In the heart of downtown Amherstburg, the Open Air Night Market is a sunset-lover’s dream. Here are my picks:
– Grab a refreshing limeade from Le Petit Citron Co – lots of flavours to choose from
– Play outdoor recreational games such as cornhole and checkers
– Check out the local vendors – my friends and I purchased a thumb book page holder from Cerebral Escape Creations for our book club
– Visit a local shop – one of my favourite book shops to visit is River Bookshop
– Dinner at Artisan Grill on their outdoor patio – great way to share appetizers and enjoy the summer night with friends and family
– Stroll along the waterfront to see the art installations and sunset
STROLL THE STREET – BELLE RIVER

Each market has its own theme and an upbeat, family-friendly vibe. Here you’ll find street performers, creative vendors, and fun surprises such as a pinball machine! Here are my picks:
– Check out the live entertainment and music

– Take a selfie with a princess or any cool character from EA Parties
– Grab a sweet treat – Cottam Candy makes the best donuts to snack on and cotton candy
– Try mini putt with Rochester Place Golf Club and Resort
Distillery District Night Market – Walkerville

If you’re looking for one of the best patios in the area, look no further! The atmosphere here is a vibe if you love DJ sets and dancing! Here are my picks:
– Try a flight tasting at Walkerville Brewery – did you know they also serve pretzels?
– Purchase Canadian-made gifts or souvenirs – Whiskeyjack Boutique is your go to!
– Shoot some hoops with Windsor Express basketball team
– Grab some chalk and draw what makes you happy
– Sing and dance to your heart’s content with live entertainment
– Try a new local food truck
LaSalle Night Markets – LaSalle

This market is a relaxing way to end your weekend with your friends and family. Here are my picks:
– Support local farms – Kranicz Orchards has the spiciest hot sauces made with peaches if you’re up for the challenge! The Habanero Pepper has a nice kick to it!
– Learn fun facts about the town of LaSalle – did you know that the first LaSalle Strawberry Festival kicked off in 1988?
– Check out the local dog show
– Try new foods – fan favourites are the spicy meat pies from Zuleeats, chocolate covered strawberries from the Waffle Truck, and green honey doughnuts from Mr Puffs!
Mill St. Market – Leamington
