The Totem Poles at Sandpoint Beach: Wikinanish

In 1982, the Rotary Club of Windsor – St. Clair assisted in funding the creation of the Sandpoint Beach Totem Pole. A Nootkon Native, Wikinanish, worked for over 14 months to create this beautiful Totem Pole. Painted red cedar, it is 1524cm x 86cm (diameter). The red cedar log is from the area of British Colombia where the Nootka peoples live.

Address: 10300 Riverside Dr. E, Windsor, ON, N8P 1A4
