Manoushii Lebanese Bakery
Discover Windsor Essex’s newest authentic Lebanese bakery – Manoushii – a ghost kitchen out of Tabouli by Eddy’s! Lebanese origin consisting of a homemade flattened disk of bread dough topped with some combination of zaatar (thyme), various cheeses, vegetables and many other ingredients, baked quickly – usually, in a commercial setting, using a wood/gas fired oven heated to a very high temperature – and served hot.
