Guests get an All You Can Eat experience as they come up to the food truck and order directly from a pre-selected menu created by you. Menu items range from burgers, tacos, wraps and gyro’s to side options like fresh cut fries, salads and soups.
The Private Custom Catering package is perfect for your next wedding, shower, anniversary party, customer appreciation luncheon, holiday party or any formal event. Service styles include Butler passed appetizers, buffets, family style and formal plated meals. Menu items range from standard roasted chicken, pork tenderloins and battered haddock to premium meats like beef tenderloin, prosciutto wrapped-stuffed chicken or our local perch and pickerel.
