Since 1995, Chef Ahmad Sous has been working in the restaurant industry. He has a passion for food and loves the industry. Ahmad loves the rush of working in the culinary arts, he enjoys meeting new people and seeing the expressions of his guests when they try his incredible food.
While he has spent several years working in the restaurant industry, he decided it was time to start his own restaurant where he could create his own food. At 4 Wellington Street in Leamington is Ahmad’s restaurant, Firdous Lebanese Grill. Ahmad hopes that his restaurant can be a pillar in the local Lebanese community, acting as a space in which people can find food that remind them of home and make them happy.
Lebanese Cuisine:
The menu at Firdous Lebanese Grill strongly reflects Ahmad’s passion for supporting local farms and businesses. Ahmad wants to ensure that his business can support others like it, and as such is heavily focused on ensuring that their produce and vegetables are all locally sourced.
Through their incredible Lebanese dishes and platters like their Hummus, Beef Shawarma, and their Feast for 4, Ahmad hopes his food can bring a smile to his customer’s faces.
