Fresh Lake Erie Perch and Pickerel and seafood from every coast. The supply of fish started with the basics, Lake Erie Perch and Pickerel, and has grown to bringing in Fresh Trout from Georgian Bay and Smoked Trout and imported ocean sea foods and of our course Josie’s Premium Seafood Salad!
