WSO Chorus: Fauré Requiem

The Windsor Symphony Orchestra Chorus presents a thoughtfully curated program of choral masterworks featuring Fauré’s Requiem Held in Light at All Saints’ Anglican Church located at 330 City Hall Square West. The performance begins at 7:30 pm and concludes at 9:00 pm, with doors opening at 6:30 pm for general admission seating. Under the direction of Chorus Master Dr Bruce J G Kotowich and with collaborative pianist Mr Alde Calongcagong, the program brings together a rich selection of works that highlight both spiritual reverence and musical artistry.

The evening includes O Clap Your Hands by John Rutter, the Requiem Op 48 by Gabriel Fauré, selected movements from Elijah Op 70 by Felix Mendelssohn including Blessed are the men who fear Him, He watching over Israel, and Above Him stood the Seraphim, as well as Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring by Johann Sebastian Bach and Praise His Holy Name by Keith Hampton. Tickets are available in advance online, with admission also offered at the door by cash only.
