Our “Be a Sausage Maker” classes are back this January at WindsorEats!

The Class Includes:

• First drink on Robbie
• A bite to eat: Robbie will prepare a sausage on a bun with all the fancy toppings for you to enjoy.
• This class is focused on busting myths and delving into the science behind the craft. Includes a Master Sausage Recipe and instructions to follow along at home afterwards.
• Hands on sausage making following the presentation. Each participant will take home 2lbs of sausages that they personally made.
• The class finishes off with a charcuterie board of Robbie’s favourite links for all to enjoy.
