Join us to explore our stunning 40-acre Carolinian forest, filled with a breathtaking array of wildflowers for you, our cherished customers, to enjoy! You’ll be amazed by expanses of Trilliums, delicate spring beauties, and fascinatingly edible trout lilies, just to name a few.
You’ll embark on a guided three-mile hike, complete with wine tasting and a gourmet camp-style lunch crafted from local ingredients by our Culinary team, prepared fireside. Relax with a delightful wine pairing while soaking in the soothing sounds of nature.
During this hike, you will not only discover the beautiful flora and fauna of our natural wonderland but also remnants from the Ice Age, a variety of deciduous trees, and grapes in growth. You’ll learn about the natural history of our region, along with a touch of farming. With some luck, you might even hear the charming melodies of warblers and woodpeckers.
