Sip, Savour & Song – featuring Mark Chichkan
Enjoy an evening of live acoustic music, fine wine, and curated cuisine at Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards on May 2. Sip, Savour & Song features a special performance by Mark Chichkan from 6–9 PM, known for his decades of experience and crowd-pleasing mix of classic favourites.
Guests will be welcomed with a sparkling wine sample before settling in for a thoughtfully prepared four-course small plates dinner, including smoked salmon bruschetta, asparagus dill soup, prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin, and a lemon blueberry tart. A cash bar will also be available with estate wines, beer, and select cocktails.
Tickets are $60 + tax per person and include the welcome sparkling sample, four-course dinner, and gratuity. This is a limited seating, ticketed event, advance purchase online or in-store is required, and all sales are final.
