Join us at Mackenzie Hall for a presentation by the Ontario Heritage Trust that explores the recent exterior conservation and mechanical upgrades project at the Duff-Baby House (221 Mill Street). The presentation will examine the balance between preservation and performance, the realities of working with aging materials, and the decisions that shape how historic buildings endure. Perspectives from the project team – including the architect and contractor – will highlight both the technical challenges and the craft knowledge required to carry out this work. This is a free event, open to the public.
