The Vintage Grapes Houseboat Lodging Experience are proud to host three 40 foot two-storey houseboats. Fully equipped and permanently docked at the scenic Colchester Harbour, offering guests a unique way to experience a weekend getaway. Now in their fourth year of operation, the on the water lodging has proven to be very popular with visitors and locals. Come relax and “coastal distance” in one of the houseboats – The Vintage Grape, The Vintage Merlot and The Vintage Cabern”EH”. Open May 1 – October 8. Located in the heart of wine country, check out why Windsor Essex has some of the best wine options to offer! Being docked in Colchester Harbour also brings the benefit of Colchester Beach. With a pirate ship playground, splash pad, outdoor concession stand, new washroom facilities and beach volleyball, you can enjoy a fun day in the sun. Looking to escape for a relaxing time? Feel free to just stay on the boat! With amenities like air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, you’ll be sure to have a relaxing weekend hanging out on the upper deck soaking up the sun!
