Sandpoint Beach

This five-acre site is easily the most popular beach in the city.Β  During the hottest months of the year, the sandy site is a veritable magnet, attracting both dedicated sun worshippers and those seeking refuge from the sweltering urban heat.

Most people consider Sandpoint, Ganatchio Park and Stop 26 Beach as one facility, simply known as “the beach,” but it is important to know that only Sandpoint is a supervised swimming area.
