Basha’s Shawarma
The centrepiece of Basha’s Shawarma is their open kitchen. Everything is cooked in view so you are able to see the fresh pitas and mouth watering shawarmas spinning over an open flame. In addition, the bowls and pita sandwiches are assembled directly in front of you. As you go through the line, you’ll customize your pita or bowl with a delicious array of proteins, freshly prepared salads and sauces. The end result is food made “Basha’s way!”
