National Service Dogs Annual Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs

Celebrate Easter with Your Furry Friend!
National Service Dogs’ Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs is a family event that includes your fur baby. We invite you to join the celebration on Good Friday, April 18, 2025, in the Ontario cities of Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, London, Windsor, Hamilton and Calgary, Alberta. Together, we will empower children with autism and restore independence to veterans and first responders living with Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD).
How Does the EASTER EGG HUNT Work?
Thousands of colourful eggs are filled with prize tokens and a dog treat, which are hidden over a defined area of the local park. Participants (dogs with the assistance of their humans) will hunt, collect eggs and retrieve prizes from the collected eggs.
Bring your family, pup, and donations to the event on April 18, 2025.
Come out for a fun-filled day with lots of treats and the chance to win great prizes! Getting its start in Oakville, Ont. in 1998, the Easter Egg Hunt quickly became NSD’s largest and most anticipated event. All monies raised support NSD’s award-winning Certified Service Dog programs.

Celebrate spring with WFCU Credit Union (WFCU) the only way we know how – by dropping 25,000 toy eggs from a helicopter! Join WFCU and the Town of LaSalle at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex for this egg-citing, unique experience that Windsor-Essex families won’t want to miss!
Watch as thousands of colourful toy eggs are dropped from the sky for an egg hunt like no other. Kids ages 2-10 can participate and collect as many eggs as possible!
