Windsor Comedy Club: Dave Merheje

Get ready for a night of unstoppable laughter at the Windsor Comedy Club, located inside the vibrant Craft Heads Brewing Company! Join us on June 20th for a special one-night-only edition of our “Brewing for Comedy Proshow,” featuring the one and only Dave Merheje, one of the most original stand-up acts on the comedy scene today. Known for his “no fear” approach and aggressive, in-your-face comedy style, Dave has won numerous awards and captivated audiences across North America.
This special event is ahead of the screening of the movie “Sometimes I Think About Dying,” in which Dave co-stars alongside Daisy Ridley. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and will be shown at the Capital Theatre in Windsor.
About Dave Merheje: Dave Merheje’s illustrious career includes winning the Just For Laughs Homegrown Comic Competition and NOW Magazine’s Best of Toronto Award for Best Male Stand-up. He has been a finalist in the Seattle Comedy Competition and NBC’s Stand-up for Diversity Search. His comedy specials, such as “Good Friend Bad Grammar” and “Beautifully Manic,” have earned critical acclaim, with the former winning the 2019 Juno Award for Comedy Album of the Year. Dave also co-stars in the Golden Globe Award-winning TV series “Ramy” on Hulu and appeared in the film “Sometimes I Think About Dying,” which premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2023.
