Casting Call
Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island is updating their photo galleries and video libraries and have the opportunity for you to be part of the action!
Apply now for your chance to be part of the fun – all the details are below. We are looking for talent to participate in this project. Finished pieces will be used in marketing elements, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, print magazines, website and print editorial content, paid video advertisements and more.

- All fields must be filled out for the opportunity to participate.
- You must also provide a minimum of one (1) photo, and one (1) group photo of other applicants. Photos should include your bicycle, if possible.
- You must be available for the entire duration of the scheduled shoot period you select as highlighted below.
- Non-branded clothing will be required for the shoots.
- Personal travel will be required to the shoot location
- Cyclists must have current safety requirements on their equipment (front and rear lights) and helmets. No personal photography may be taken at the event including use of cell phones.
Shoot dates (multiple options):
- Thursday October 16th
- Friday October 17th (rain date)
- Timing: 6:30am – 9:30am

Only those that are selected will be contacted by the production company. There will be compensation for all talent. All photos and video assets will remain the property of Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island and other affiliated parties, but copies will be available for all participants.
