Hit the Trails
Pelee Island has multiple hiking and biking and multiuse trails that follow globally rare shoreline into Carolinian Canada. Explore restored wetlands, wildflower meadows and old growth alvars to learn about and observe the rare plants and creatures that call our island home.

Wined Down
Pelee Island is home to rich viticulture history and hosts the largest privately owned estate winery in all of Canada with rows upon rows of vineyards across the island. Enjoy Pelee Island Winery Wines at their Pavilion located just steps from the West Dock Ferry Terminal.

Life’s a Beach
Our beaches are natural and offer panoramic sunrise and sunset views. Bring your floatie and beach blanket and make a day of it on the beaches that line our east shore. Lake Erie stays toasty warm into October. Float on!

Get to the Point(s)
Wander the trails of Fish Point and Lighthouse Point Provincial Nature Reserves. The 190-year-old Pelee Island Lighthouse stands proudly on our north shore guarding the Pelee Passage while Fish Point marks the southern most point in Canada that you can visit!

Hunt and Gather
Pelee Island preserves a 93-year tradition of Fall Pheasant Hunting in addition to seasonal turkey, rabbit and waterfowl hunting. Plan lake to plate dinners with the day’s limits in pickerel, perch, and bass for adventurous anglers casting off shore, pier, charter or personal watercraft.
