Think oversized blazers\, dramatic florals\, costume pearls\, teased hair\, and unapologetic confidence. Groups of four? Absolutely elite energy. \nHere’s How The Day Unfolds:\nThe party kicks off at the WindsorEats Food Hall\, where we’ll set the tone with themed drinks\, interactive stations\, and some seriously committed costumes. From there\, we’ll stroll off to three additional establishments for an afternoon of pure Golden Girls chaos. \nExpect:\n– Themed cocktails inspired by the Girls\n– Costume prizes (go big or go home)\n– A Blanche pickup line contest (this is going to be wildly entertaining)\n– Interactive moments along the crawl\n– A grand finale featuring a DJ spinning peak 1980s Miami-style bangers \nWe’re Also Attempting Something Slightly Ridiculous We’re going to unofficially attempt the world record for most people dressed as the Golden Girls in one location. This “grueling” 1\,600-meter trek will follow the city sidewalks surrounding the WindsorEats Food Hall. In a world of high-intensity athletics\, the Margarita Mile offers a refreshing alternative: a race where the pace is slow\, the salt is plenty\, and the reward is actually drinkable. \nBreaking away from traditional race norms\, organizers have officially banned finish-line medals and ribbons. Instead\, every participant who crosses the finish line will be “crowned” with a commemorative Margarita Mile Demi-Buff. This limited-edition runner’s buff is designed to be worn as a headband\, neck gaiter\, or a tactical napkin for post-race taco consumption. \nThe finish line isn’t just a destination; it’s the entrance to Windsor’s biggest Cinco de Mayo party.
