DESCRIPTION:Come on out to beautiful historic Amherstburg. Participate in our Canada Day 5km Run/Walk/Wheel and Kids dash. Join our community as we kick off an entire day filled with fun in our timeless town. \nWhere: 100 Laird Ave (in front of Fort Malden Historic Park) \nALL Registrants will receive a medal and adults will receive a shirt guaranteed if you register by May 1. \nLast year this race had over 1000 participants. Arguably one of the most exciting\, spirited races in Windsor-Essex County. The course takes your through Amherstburg’s historic downtown core\, get cooled off by our local firefighters\, hundreds of fans cheering\, and every dollar raised goes back to LOCAL charities. Last year we were able to donate $24\,000 back to our community all by having fun!
