Inspired by the nostalgia and energy of Windsor’s iconic roller-skating rink – Wheels! – the series will transform the square into a vibrant outdoor roller rink experience featuring music\, lighting\, themed entertainment\, DJs\, costumes\, and roller skate rentals.
