Young Frankenstein the Musical

Cardinal Music Productions is proud to present Young Frankenstein at E.J. LaJeunesse in March. This musical is based off the 1974 Mel Brooks film of the same name which starred Gene Wilder. The story follows Dr. Frederick Frankenstein, grandson of the infamous Dr. Victor Frankenstein, as he travels to Transylvania to settle his late grandfather’s estate. Frederick insists that his name is pronounced Fronk-en-steen in an attempt to separate himself from his grandfather’s “wacky work” but then gets roped into participating in the family business anyway. He, alongside a series of quirky characters, begin building their own monster, but are met with unexpected problems.
An incredibly talented cast of local performers brings this hilarious musical to life! March 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12. Thursday, Fridays and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm. Doors open half an hour before each performance. Tickets available on our website!
