The 8th CAM Model Contest and Show

On Saturday, September 16th, from 10AM to 3PM, the Canadian Aviation Museum Scale Model Club presents the 8th Annual CAM Model Contest and Show. It’s your chance to see some great work, or to show yours off and enter a model, or models into the completion.

There are prizes in each category. They include; Aircraft, Ships, Armoured Vehicles, SiFi/Fantasy, Automobiles, Dioramas, Youth & Novice, and of course Best In Show. Is that YOU! Everyone is welcome! Inside the CAM’s historic hangar you can see the ongoing restoration work of FM 212, Windsor’s Lancaster Bomber, and the CAM’s own Wooden Wonder, the Mosquito Bomber.

Talk to the tireless volunteers working on these historic warbirds, or go for a once in a lifetime flight in one of our Yellow Birds, authentic WWII-era training aircraft.

There will also be a CAM Burger Burn, so bring the kids and have some fun!
