Join Chef John and Chef James for an exciting class learning the art of making sushi! See first hand how to break down a whole salmon. Then learn how to roll sushi! Eat what you make! Super fun interactive and tasty class! Makes a great gift! Classes available several dates, be sure to purchase the date in the title which works best for you. Class begins at 11am and is appox. 90 minutes.
