St. Clair College – Culinary Workshop Series: Traditional French Cuisine
In this workshop, participants will learn how cooking meals can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Participants will work on meal preparation with the assistance and guidance of a certified chef to create a take home meal.
This workshop will focus on the preparation of following items: French Onion Soup, Quiche, Crème Brûlée
