Do you want to have a great creative expressive start to your summer? Well look no further, this rainbow family camp is an opportunity to focus on yourself, expressing yourself and who you are using art.
Delivered virtually through MS TEAMS. All ages and families welcome!
Day 1 – Art Basics
Learn about the fundamentals of Art through artworks from the Art Gallery of Windsor’s collection. Develop an Art Fundamentals Reference pocketbook or insert for your sketchbook. Learn more about the art fundamentals of Line, Shape, and Form through artworks in the Art Gallery of Windsor collection. Develop your understanding through an expressive drawing activity.
Day 2 – Colour
Learn about colour theory through artworks from the Art Gallery of Windsor’s collection. Develop your own colour wheel to reference when making your artworks. Learn more about colour theory through exploration!
Day 3 – Free Expression
Learn more about expressive styles of art from artworks from the Art Gallery of Windsor’s collection. Develop your skills through a series of expressive drawing techniques. Learn more about symbols and symbolic imagery through artworks from the Art Gallery of Windsor’s collection. Develop your own symbolic imagery through drawing and collage techniques.
