Pride Fit is a group fitness classes focusing on building mobility and dynamic strength. The goals of these classes would be to increase range of motion, increase joint strength, help improve activities of daily living, increase muscular strength, improve quality of living and increase frequency of exercise using body weight movements and stretches.
This weekly program is free and space is limited to to 15 participants in order to ensure quality and personal time for each participant. You must register for this program.
