Join Serenity Song Community Association for MHAD Fest at Lanspeary park.
October 16-17, 10am to 6pm.
This wellness fair offers Yoga, Zumba, meditation, breathwork, Traumatic Incident Reduction. Forest Therapy, Art classes, Reiki, Mobility class, Drumming circles, live music, access bars, conscious bodies dance class, bounce fit and so much more.
For a donation at the entrance you can try all of these great wellness modalities for Mental Health Awareness Day!
