1st Course
Baked Oysters
Pairing: Lupulin Express APA
Fresh PEI wild-caught oysters baked with mignonette, cajun seasoning, hot sauce and cheesy breadcrumbs. Paired with Lupulin Express APA for a fresh and fruity, somewhat bitter taste on the palate to go along with the earthy and sharp taste of the baked oyster.
2nd Course
Muffuletta Sliders
Pairing: Town Tango Milk Stout
Capicola & locally sourced prime rib beef sliced thin and stacked along with buffalo mozzarella, topped with housemade olive spread on an Italian sesame seed bun. Paired with our TBA Town Tango collaboration Milk Stout.

3rd Course
Crawfish Jambalaya
Pairing: Westcott Cream Ale
Crawfish, chicken, trinity vegetables, local andouille sausage, okra, fire-roasted tomato, with a wild rice blend made with Beacon Keeper Black Lager.
4th Course
Beer Infused Beignets
Pairing: Pecan Praline Amber Ale
Using our small batch Pecan Praline Amber, a pleasant showcase for an end-of-the-night delight. Fried doughnut tossed in icing sugar just like you’d find in NOLA.
